Nancy's practice is restricted to family law, estate litigation and mediation. She is certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a Specialist in Family Law. She advises and represents clients with respect to domestic contracts, complex property and trust matters, support, custody and access disputes.

Nancy is a court appointed mediator with the Toronto Dispute Resolution Program. She is a Past President of the Toronto Lawyers Association and former Bar Admissions Course Instructor.

Nancy holds a combined degree in civil and common law from McGill University. She was called to the Bar in 1988 after obtaining first prize for the highest grade in Estate Planning and Administration. Nancy was a partner at Epstein Cole, a family law boutique firm in Toronto. Prior to joining Epstein Cole in 2000, she practiced family law in the ligation group at McMillan (formerly McMillan Binch) for 10 years. In 2011, she started her own practice.
